2026年2月 — アクラ, ガーナ
ガーナ政府の大臣をはじめとする政府要人を前に、オイルパーム密輸対策のためのデジタルシステム（非ブロックチェーン）を英語で提案・登壇。ガーナの主要メディアで複数報道された。
このほか、国内カンファレンスでの AI / IoT に関するパネル登壇、米国での大型 FinTech カンファレンス参加など、国内外での活動実績がある。
2020年 — 2025年
2020年、エンジニア社員0名のベンチャー企業に単身参画。ポーランド発のオープンソース EC プラットフォーム「Saleor」をベースに、ネットスーパーシステムをゼロから開発。その後 CTO に着任し、開発チームの採用・組織化を重ねながら事業成長を牽引。2025年、物流企業への M&A によるイグジット（事業売却）を実現した。技術選定から実装・運用・組織づくり・事業売却までを一気通貫で経験している。

Yusuke Sunagawa（砂川祐介） is a Japanese full-stack engineer with about 20 years of experience, covering the full lifecycle from business requirements and architecture to implementation and operations. He is a Registered Information Security Specialist (RISS, Japan) and serves as a technology lead / external CTO for multiple companies.
In February 2026, he spoke at the Ghana Tree Crops Summit 2026 (TCDA international conference) in Accra, presenting a non-blockchain digital system to combat oil palm smuggling before Ghanaian government ministers and officials. The proposal was covered by major Ghanaian media including GhanaWeb and Adom Online.
From 2020 to 2025, he worked with Double Frontier Inc., a Japanese startup that had no in-house engineers when he joined. He single-handedly built an online grocery platform based on Saleor, the open-source e-commerce platform from Poland, later became CTO, built the engineering team from scratch, and led the business to an exit through an M&A by a logistics company in 2025.
